Ghanaian Veteran Actor, Nii Odoi Mensah Needs Your Help

I personally know someone who died from kidney disease so this story really touched my heart and I just had to post this. Ghanaian Veteran actor and president of Ghana Actors Guild, Nii Odoi Mensah is currently battling with chronic kidney disease

Every week Mr Mensah needs to pay $300 in order to stay alive. What does this say about Ghana’s Movie Industry? Anyway, Actress Juliet Ibrahim did a selfless act by donating some cash to the actor. She made this known publicly on her Instagram page with the caption:

“My last donation to veteran actor Nii Odoi Mensah who is now a chronic kidney failure patient. He is in need of your help he has lost both kidneys. He has been going through this all alone till he realized he alone can’t be able to pay his hospital bills which cost per dialysis 100 usd 3 times a week for the rest of his life. Both @tommy__cann and Mr Odoi Mensah are patients of www.julietibrahimfoundation.org #kidneyawareness it can happen to anybody prevention is better than cure friends”
