With the upcoming release of the new James Bond movie; Spectre, actress Naomi Harris has got quite a reputation to live up to. In the November issue of Cosmopolitan UK magazine, the British actress who plays the role of Eve Moneypenny dazzles in a feisty red dress.
Now just like most single women, the 39 year old dishes on the pressures of settling down. She said…
“I’m nearly 40, so lots of my friends are like, ‘I have to get married and have a baby’; they’re freaking out. I just think, What will be will be. Everyone tries to drag me in with them; it’s almost like they’re trying to scare me that I haven’t ticked those boxes yet.”
When asked if she could be considered as a feminist and a bond girl now, she said…
“I think you absolutely can now, Sam Mendes (the director of the film) loves strong, multidimensional women; that’s incredibly important to him. Barbara Broccoli (the daughter of first Bond movie producer) is at the helm of the franchise too, and she’s a strong woman who has a big say in how the characters are developed.”
Guess we would have to wait and see if Naomi plays the part. By the way the photographs for the editorial was shot by Ben Riggotti
