‘Black Girls In Rome’ A New Web Series Focusing On The Romantic Lives Of Black Women In Italy
Have you ever wondered what it is like for a Black woman living in Europe to get her ‘grove on’? Dr Tamara Pizzoli, an African-American woman living in Rome has not only written but also produced and directed a web series that explores the love life of a woman of color residing in Rome
The series dubbed Black Girls In Rome focuses on a young woman originally from New York but relocates to Italy to escape from the drama of a cheating boyfriend.
Pizzzoli collaborated with photographer Sara Shamsavari and cinematographer James Maiki to bring this project to life.
