He said…. ‘I respect Diddy because he told me to my face”
According to him Diddy said….
‘His voice too rough and you’re not marketable.’
As fate would have it, DMX went on to sign with Def Jam and he claims the Bad Boy Records boss asked to double whatever figure Def Jam offerred him
