Grace Ladoja Receives MBE From Prince Charles

Grace Ladoja has also scooped the Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) title. The filmmaker and manager of grime superstar Skepta, was honored by HRH Prince Charles on Friday, 16th November 2018 at the Buckingham Palace in London.

”Today I received an MBE from HRH The Prince Of Wales and I’m happy and emotional because the 16 year old me would now have someone to identify with.” Ladoja shared in a post on Instagram.

The British-Nigerian star who was obviously excited about the news also went on to reveal:

”My mum would have been so proud, the sacrifices she made and the struggle we went through was character building and gave me so much drive, focus & strength to keep pushing forward, cos that struggle was REAL and it made me a workaholic that wanted to push myself to greater things.”
