Dorcas Kasinde from Congo has been crowned Miss Africa 2018. Unfortunately the happy moment came with a bit of drama. Just when the 24-year-old beauty was announced as the winner, her afro wig caught fire.

25 African countries represented at this year’s Miss Africa beauty pageant which was hosted by the Cross River State Government in Calabar, Nigeria.
Nigeria’s Chiamaka Nnaemeka and Zambia’s Gladys Kayumba bagged second and third positions respectively.
