Public Figure is a new documentary that investigates the psychological effects of everyday social media use.
The film which was produced by a New York based company named Red Button Films, explores how some influencers deal with the fame, money, hate and obsession that comes with being in the spotlight.
Mzansi star, Bonang Matheba, Sebastian Tribbie of the popular Meme account YouveGotNoMale among a host of other social media influencers all star in this documentary.
The documentary will premiere on March 9th 2019 at the Manchester Film Festival, in the meantime check out the trailer plus what went down behind the scenes below:
