Rihanna may have many notorious bachelors ready to give up their single life just to be with her but that doesn’t mean she is ready to commit to just about anyone. The pop star and business mogul who recently broke up with Saudi billionaire, Hassan Jameel, revealed in an interview with British Vogue her plans for the future which includes motherhood.
“Since I turned 32, I’m realizing life is really short,” she says. “You don’t have a lot of time to tolerate sh*t, you know? You put so much on your plate. When you’re overwhelmed, you need to start cutting things out. And I’m overwhelmed too much,” she says.
When asked where she sees herself in 10 years, she disclosed:
“Ten years? I’ll be 42! I’ll be ancient. I’ll have kids—three or four of ’em”
When asked if she would be open to being a single parent if she hasn’t found the right partner:
“ Hell, yeah… I feel like society makes me want to feel like, ‘Oh, you got it wrong…’ They diminish you as a mother if there’s not a dad in your kids’ lives. But the only thing that matters is happiness, that’s the only healthy relationship between a parent and a child. That’s the only thing that can raise a child truly, is love.”
Rihanna also discusses being the first black woman to lead a luxury house, why she has been living in London and also taking a stand against injustice in her latest interview with British Vogue.
