It was an emotional scene at the funeral of Ghanaian gospel singer, Kofi Dua Anto, popularly known as KODA. The final funeral rites of the artiste was held on Friday 20, September 2024 at the KICC Dominion Centre, Spintex Road in Accra. KODA passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024 after a brief illness.
Joe Mettle, Joe Beechem, Diana Hamilton, Sonnie Badu, Uncle Ato, Mary Ghanasah among a host of other mourners all came out to bid KODA farewell in an all white-themed ceremony.
KODA was popularly known for his hits songs; Nsempii, Adorso, Yapai, Nkwa Abodoo and others. KODA left behind his wife and three children. He was 45.
