Lydia Alhassan, Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon is actively campaigning to be re-elected. The MP teamed up with the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Sweepers to campaign for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia ahead of the December 7 elections.
As we know, it is the season where politicians are seen doing all kinds things out of the ordinary with the hopes of connecting with voters. This time around Lydia Alhassan was captured in a viral video where she was seen feasting with a shoemaker. The Member of Parliament was spotted eating boiled yam and pepper in the same earthenware bowl as the shoemaker.
