Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) is going head to head with former President John Dramani Mahama of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC). Ex NPP member and former minister Alan Kyerematen of the Movement for Change party and also business mogul Nana Kwame Bediako are also eyeing the coveted presidential seat.
Ghanaians are expected to cast their vote at 976 polling stations across 276 constituencies in the 16 regions of Ghana.
